These snails were all made at home.

I don't currently have pictures available of the earliest examples which were sold.

This large one could have ended up as an exclamation mark instead of a snail, thanks to the original piece of flat steel it had been cut from also had a circle cut about the right size.

Anyway, a snail it was, and these two are the only lookalike pair of snails ever made.
