As a child I used to like copying cartoon characters such as Hagar The Horrible, Donald Duck, Snoopy and Woodstock.
In adult life, I eventually had the chance to make some original cartoons when I took on the role of editing a magazine. Most of these had a psychology angle to them. They were appreciated, but by a particular audience.
Some cartoons were drawn freehand, but others were done with some of the early paint programs available on the Mac. These ended up being some of my favourites.
I would like to do more of this sort of work, but I think I have to develop a particular style. That is some way off. However, if you have a need for a cartoon for a special occasion, I would be happy to help.
